• Form submissions are stored securely in our website’s database.

B. Event Registrations & Calendars (Modern Events Calendar)

If you browse, book, or register for events using our event system, we collect the necessary details required to process your ticket purchase, reservation, or venue hire request.

C. Security, Technical Data & Traffic Optimization (Cloudflare & Wordfence)

To protect our website against malicious attacks, prevent automated form spam, and optimize page load speeds, we use Cloudflare (CDN/Proxy/Turnstile) and Wordfence Security.

When you access our website, technical data is automatically processed:

Wordfence Security: Wordfence logs IP addresses, user agent details, and web requests to detect brute-force login attempts, malware scanning, and malicious traffic.

Cloudflare (Proxy & Turnstile): Cloudflare proxies network traffic to protect our server and validates legitimate visitors without harvesting personal data. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, system configuration info, and network performance data. For anti-bot protection on forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which operates without using invasive cookies or tracking user behavior across the web.

• Security, CDN & Anti-Spam Services: We share technical network logs and IP addresses with Cloudflare (for content delivery, DDoS protection, and Turnstile spam protection) and Wordfence to secure the site against cyberattacks and automated bots.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

How long we retain your data

Enquiry & Booking Form Submissions: Stored on the website database and in our email records for as long as necessary to fulfill your request, manage your booking, or fulfill legal/accounting obligations. [Standard retention for general enquiries is usually 6–12 months, whereas financial/booking records are often kept for 6–7 years for tax/accounting purposes.]

Security & Network Logs (Wordfence & Cloudflare): IP address logs, security events, and request metadata processed by Wordfence and Cloudflare are retained for a limited operational period. Cloudflare edge/traffic logs are temporarily held for transient security processing and cleared within a few days, while Wordfence database logs are automatically cleared after 30 to 90 days.
